About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Integrated Marketing Manager to join our Global Campaigns Team at Semrush. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns from inception to completion, demonstrating a self-starter mentality.
  • Lead internal campaign communications from briefings to reporting, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Collaborate with creative production teams to deliver high-quality assets on time, meeting campaign deadlines.
  • Own and manage the campaign timeline, mapping and optimizing the complete consumer journey.
  • Oversee and allocate campaign budgets, ensuring effective resource utilization.
  • Align and coordinate different teams (e.g., creative, media, product) to achieve campaign goals.
  • Develop and test new campaign formats and channels to optimize performance, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Create comprehensive campaign strategies that leverage multiple channels and align with business goals.
  • Develop data-driven forecasts for campaign performance, analyzing metrics and making informed decisions.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential risks.
  • Oversee various marketing channels (e.g., paid media, email, social media, influencers) and coordinate with specialized teams.
  • Act as the central point of contact, coordinating efforts across different departments and ensuring alignment of channel-specific strategies with overall campaign goals.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams, fostering a culture of transparency and open communication.
  • Analyze campaign metrics, working with analytics teams to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, with a proven track record in launching multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking and campaign planning abilities, with a focus on results-driven marketing.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to create comprehensive decks and present to senior stakeholders.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of campaign metrics and data analysis.
  • Awareness of industry trends and a goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on adaptability and willingness to test new marketing approaches.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, with advanced English language skills.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for marketing purposes, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
