Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Integrated Marketing Manager to join our Global Campaigns Team at Semrush. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns from inception to completion, leveraging multiple channels and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel-specific strategies with overall campaign goals.
  • Oversee campaign budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into campaign strategies.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, with a proven track record in launching multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking and campaign planning abilities.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to create comprehensive decks.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and basic understanding of campaign metrics and data analysis.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results, adaptability, and willingness to test new marketing approaches.
About the Team:

The Global Campaigns Team is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, multi-channel marketing initiatives across various products and markets worldwide. We strategically plan, implement, and optimize integrated campaigns that leverage multiple platforms, including paid media, email, social media, and influencer partnerships.
