About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Integrated Marketing Manager to join our Global Campaigns Team at Semrush. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns from inception to completion, leveraging multiple channels and platforms.
  • Lead internal campaign communications, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with creative production teams to deliver high-quality assets on time and on budget.
  • Own and manage campaign timelines, ensuring timely execution and optimization.
  • Map and optimize the complete consumer journey, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Oversee and allocate campaign budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI optimization.
  • Align and coordinate different teams, including creative, media, product, and analytics.
  • Develop and test new campaign formats and channels to optimize performance and drive business growth.
  • Create comprehensive campaign strategies that leverage multiple channels and align with business goals.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, with a proven track record in launching multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking and campaign planning abilities.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to create comprehensive decks.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of campaign metrics and data analysis.
  • Awareness of industry trends and willingness to test new marketing approaches.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow.
