Business Overview

We provide hyper-efficient software to companies seeking to gain an edge with quantum computing and artificial intelligence. Our main products, Singularity and CompactifAI, address critical needs across various industries.

Singularity remains a trusted solution for blue-chip companies in finance, energy, manufacturing, cybersecurity, and more. CompactifAI, on the other hand, is a groundbreaking compressing tool of foundational models that uses Tensor Networks to extremely compress AI systems, such as large language models, making these efficient and portable.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our multicultural team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing product sales activities for new/renewal business to achieve or exceed given product and service revenue objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the defense sector, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and with other functional teams (DEV, Marketing, PM etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the defense and aerospace markets;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including defense contractors, government agencies, and commercial defense/aerospace customers;
  • Build long-term partnerships by understanding their needs and delivering value-added solutions;
  • Participate in industry shows and conventions;
  • Create and lead advanced solution presentations to match identified customer needs using the company's products & services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field required;
  • 2+ years of experience in Business development representative in the defense sector with a proven track record of success;
  • Able to foster collaboration & coordination with personnel distributed across multiple global sites;
  • Aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine appropriate solutions for customers;
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
