As a Senior LLM Machine Learning Scientist, you'll collaborate with world-class experts to tackle real-world challenges. We seek passionate individuals who share our commitment to ethics-driven growth, sustainability, and diversity.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior LLM Machine Learning Scientist to join our team. In this role, you'll:

  • Work alongside renowned experts in quantum computing with extensive experience in academia and industry.
  • Partner with Fortune-500 customers from both government and private sectors.
  • Collaborate closely with our founding team in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Tackle high-value open problems from various industries.
  • Collaborate with quantum experts to design and implement novel machine learning models.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you'll need:

  • A Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of industry experience in similar roles.
  • A strong background and hands-on experience with various ML technologies, particularly natural language processing and large language models.
  • Excellent programming skills in Python and experience with relevant libraries (TensorFlow, Scikit, Pandas, etc.).
  • Experience using git, unit testing, and docker.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (ideally AWS).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • The ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience with distributed multi-node, multi-GPU training of LLMs.
  • A perfect command of the English language.

Preferred Qualifications

We're interested in candidates with:

  • A Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Research experience in the field of LLMs.
  • Expertise in unsupervised machine learning time series.
  • Experience training and deploying deep learning models on the Cloud.
  • The ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
  • Knowledge of quantum physics / quantum computing.
