About the Role

The Technical Knowledge Consultant will play a crucial role in elevating the department's understanding of new functionality in the OneStream platform. This position requires a self-starter with a natural inclination for sharing knowledge and upskilling the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Knowledge Capture: Investigate product features and solutions in advance of new training courses, collaborating with cross-functional teams and attending Sprint calls to understand upcoming features and solutions.
  • Enablement: Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the Product Knowledge department, delivering department-level training and enablement sessions to deepen understanding of the platform.
  • Content Validation: Support the Documentation team by providing practical use cases for reference material, release notes, and other documentation.
Requirements
  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology.
  • 3+ years OneStream experience in a support function, working closely with engineering, enablement, delivery, and product management teams.
  • Technical proficiency with enterprise technologies and experience working in a growth organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Accounting or finance background.
  • Product knowledge equivalent to a OneStream Certified Architect.
  • Knowledge of SQL database technologies and database management.
