Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our renewable energy projects from development to delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving business growth in the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities:
  1. Project Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate potential project opportunities, assess feasibility, and develop business cases.
  2. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards are met.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure project success.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and community groups.
  5. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the company's interests are protected.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or environmental science.
  • Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy technologies and project development processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
