Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager Scrum Master to join our Project Management Office team at our Spanish headquarters in Marbella, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects using Agile methodologies and Scrum management techniques.

You will work closely with our development teams to ensure they are embracing and practicing core Agile principles. You will also participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature our capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple projects of small to medium scale through all sprints/iterations and phases of the project
  • Organizing and facilitating sprint planning and release planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile-related events
  • Ensuring project portfolios are updated for status, resource capacity planning, and budget preparation
  • Managing project risks and creating mitigation plans to achieve project objectives
  • Providing strategic thinking and tactical execution
  • Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising project and program teams

We are looking for a strong Senior Scrum Master with experience in Agile methodologies and project management principles. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional team.

Desired skills include project management, planning, time management, analysis, resource management, budgeting, and process improvement. Proficiency in JIRA and strong communication skills are also essential.
