Senior Project Manager Scrum Master

RavenPack is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager Scrum Master to join our Project Management Office team at our Spanish headquarters in Marbella. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects using Agile development processes and Scrum management methodology.
As a Senior Project Manager Scrum Master, you will work closely with our development teams to ensure they are embracing and practicing core Agile principles. You will also participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.
Key responsibilities include managing multiple projects of small to medium scale through all sprints/iterations and phases of the project, organizing and facilitating sprint planning and release planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile-related events.
You will also ensure that project portfolios are updated for status, resource capacity planning, and budget preparation. Additionally, you will promote a collaborative team environment that fosters experimentation, creativity, and innovation.
Requirements include 7+ years of experience in an Agile/Scrum environment, a thorough understanding of software development processes and lifecycle, and the ability to adjust and apply technical knowledge in a dynamic environment using Agile development principles.
Desired skills include project management, planning, time management, analysis, resource management, and proficiency with JIRA. Strong communication skills, executive reporting skills, and the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment are also essential.
We offer a hybrid work model, allowing for up to 2 days remote per week, and a free company shuttle bus from Malaga, Fuengirola, Riviera, and Estepona. You will have ownership of projects working in a collaborative environment where we will value your contribution.
