About the Role

RavenPack is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager & Scrum Master to join our Project Management Office team at our Spanish headquarters in Marbella. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

As a Senior Project Manager & Scrum Master, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects that align with our company's strategic goals. Your expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum principles will be instrumental in driving project success and ensuring that our teams are empowered to deliver exceptional results.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who can bring their expertise in project management, leadership, and collaboration to our team. If you are passionate about building web-based products for finance and have a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects that align with our company's strategic goals.
  • Apply Agile methodologies and Scrum principles to drive project success and empower teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that our teams are equipped to handle any challenges that may arise.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project deliverables meet their expectations and requirements.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex project information to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as JIRA and Confluence.
