Our client, a leading company in the finance industry, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager & Scrum Master to join their Project Management Office in Marbella, Spain. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering web-based financial products that align with the company's business vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee multiple small-to-medium scale projects through their entire lifecycle, from initiation to deployment.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with product owners and development teams to define the minimal viable product, refine the product backlog, and ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.
- Manage project budgets and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other relevant regulations.
- 7+ years of experience in an Agile/Scrum environment with a thorough understanding of software development processes.
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent experience in Agile methodologies.
- Expertise in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and resource management software.
- Experience managing project budgets and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and compliance requirements like GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS.
