We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager Iberia to join our team at Profoto, a leading company in light-shaping technology.

About the Role

The Sales Manager Iberia will be responsible for delivering sales and business results in the Iberian market, promoting Profoto products, and growing and developing identified accounts. You will work closely with B2B dealers and end customers to generate sales and ensure successful product launches and campaigns.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and achieve quarterly sales targets in the Iberian market
  • Execute profitable events and track performance through the Profoto event tracker
  • Maximize ROI with allocated marketing budgets by effectively managing marketing campaigns
  • Develop strong relationships with key accounts and cooperation partners
  • Conduct co-visits with dealers to B2B accounts
  • Participate in European events and meetings, contributing to overall business goals
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a multi-channel sales environment
  • Proven experience in both direct and indirect sales/marketing
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish at a native level is mandatory, and Portuguese or Catalan are a plus
  • Ability to work and deliver results in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong negotiation skills with key accounts
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region
