About the Role

The Hoxton is seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Director to lead our culinary team at The Hoxton Poblenou in Barcelona. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing commercial initiatives, and overseeing the costs of the business while maintaining high-quality food and beverage experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a dynamic pre-opening team, overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets, including a diverse events space.
  • Drive revenue through strategic management of commercial initiatives with the leadership team.
  • Have a firm grip on the P&L and take ownership over the costs of the business, always striving to find efficient solutions while keeping the quality high and the experience top-notch.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef on menu development and to ensure food quality and consistency is always where it should be.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
