Job Responsibilities

As an HSE Project Manager at Sandoz Industrial Products, you will play a key role in the ramp-up of the Palafolls site:

  • You will assess HSE criteria for all new projects and work in a multifunctional team to manage them.
  • You will oversee the project management office for construction works and provide HSE guidance during design and change management activities.
  • You will inform, train, and share best practices with associates, manage HSE risk assessments, and promote prevention as a key feature in projects.
  • You will lead investigations on accidents, follow up on action plans, and control CAPA and HSE KPIs.
  • You will participate in planning for preventive initiatives, work permissions, and self-protection plans.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An engineering degree and a Master's in Health & Safety.
  • 5-7 years of experience in industrial HSE roles with a strong focus on safety or consulting.
  • Sound knowledge of HAZOP, ATEX, Self-protection Plans, and What-if studies.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, and knowledge of the pharma industry.
  • Environmental management expertise and project management skills.
