About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative for Gartner's fastest-growing region, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing ones. You will have ownership of a specific territory targeting emerging tech providers in the DACH market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with new-to-Gartner organizations
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Manage your own portfolio of existing clients, focusing on renewals and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Convert viable prospects to active Gartner clients, leading the full sales conversation and negotiation before transitioning new clients to the account management team
  • Collaborate with the Midsize Enterprise Sales team to drive best practices and new prospecting techniques

Requirements:

  • Circa 0-4 years of sales experience with a strong track record of success, preferably in consultative senior-level B2B sales or similar
  • A high level of commercial intellect, executive presence, and sales acumen
  • A high level of drive for individual success, combined with a collaborative approach
