Italian/ Spanish/ Portuguese Sales Specialist

About the Role
As a Sales Consultant for Metro Markets GmbH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling high-quality commercial kitchen technology products to key business customers in the Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting telephone consultations to advise and sell our products to existing and new customers
- Proactively advising and selling our products and product bundles through outbound calls
- Creating individual offers, including clarifying details such as availability and conditions, in collaboration with business partners and respective teams
- Tracking customer inquiries and individual offers until successful completion
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through regular contact and follow-up calls
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase value for our customers
Requirements
- Experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a telephone-based role
- Experience in and with the corresponding equipment/products in the HoReCa sector
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present yourself in a friendly and professional manner over the phone
- You are a team player and enjoy contributing your ideas to continuously optimize customer service
- Affinity for the gastronomy industry and an interest in technical solutions are advantageous
- Native-level proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese and good English skills
