We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telesales Consultant to join our sales team for the Spanish/Portuguese Market. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business customers, such as hotels and restaurants, to find the right products for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone consultation to our key business customers regarding our high-quality solutions in the field of commercial kitchen technology.
  • Conduct outbound calls to proactively advise and sell our products and product bundles to our Spanish customers.
  • Create individual offers, including clarifying details such as availability and conditions, in collaboration with business partners and respective teams.
  • Track customer inquiries and individual offers until successful completion.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular contact and follow-up calls.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase value for our customers.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the inbound process by sharing expertise and introducing innovative ideas.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the hospitality, restaurant and catering industry, or with the corresponding equipment/products in the HoReCa sector.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present yourself in a friendly and professional manner over the phone.
  • Ideal experience in sales or customer service in a telephone-based role.
  • You are a team player and enjoy contributing your ideas to optimize customer service continuously.
  • Affinity for the gastronomy industry and an interest in technical solutions are advantageous.
  • Native-level proficiency in Spanish/Portuguese and good English.
