Are you looking for a challenging sales opportunity where you can utilize your communication skills and sell high-quality products to discerning customers? We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant (m/f/d) to support our sales and installation team for the Italian/Spanish/Portuguese Market and contribute significantly to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone consultation to key business customers, including restaurants, hotels, and small businesses, regarding our high-quality solutions in the field of commercial kitchen technology.
  • Conduct inbound calls to advise and sell our high-quality commercial kitchen technology products to French key existing and new customers.
  • Proactively advise and sell our products and product bundles through outbound calls.
  • Create individual offers, including clarifying details such as availability and conditions, in collaboration with business partners and respective teams.
  • Track customer inquiries and individual offers until successful completion.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular contact and follow-up calls.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase value for our customers.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the inbound process by sharing expertise and introducing innovative ideas.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a telephone-based role.
  • Experience in and with the corresponding equipment/products in the HoReCa sector.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present yourself in a friendly and professional manner over the phone.
  • You are a team player and enjoy contributing your ideas to continuously optimize customer service.
  • Affinity for the gastronomy industry and an interest in technical solutions are advantageous.
  • Native-level proficiency in Italian/Spanish/Portuguese and good English skills complete your profile.
