Job Title: Service Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Project Manager to join our team at Hitachi Vantara Corporation in Madrid. As a key member of our BU Grid Automation team, you will be responsible for managing warranty and SLA from PAC/FAC to the end customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage warranty and SLA from PAC/FAC to the end customer
  • Be responsible for financial results of the project
  • Manage project risks
  • Lead handover together with Lead Engineering, ensuring a complete handover package transfer
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources (Service Engineers, R&D, Engineering)
  • Coordinate suppliers for supporting activities (finding resolution path, deliver components)
  • Act as main contact point for customer
  • Manage weekly call for cases status progress
  • Track status update of cases
  • Be responsible for LL sharing with the organization
  • Collaborate with the service engineering team to finalize and manage spare parts stock and time schedules for planned maintenances
  • Ensure the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies
Requirements:
  • Preferred 3-5 years of work experience in equipment installation, coordinating activities with customers, suppliers, and assigned team
  • Knowledge of Office365 (Excel, SAP, Microsoft Project)
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Flexibility, proactivity, result-oriented, and problem-solving
  • Degree or Master degree in Management Engineering or Engineering
