Service Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Project Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a Service Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading service projects related to Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Your Responsibilities:- Lead service projects for BESS battery storage systems, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Collaborate with the R&D and engineering team to identify digital solutions and support the expansion of the service scope on the Hitachi Energy BESS installed base.
- Work closely with the service engineering team to finalize spare parts lists and time schedules for planned maintenance.
- Act as the resolution owner of cases opened by customers, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Keep the assigned fleet database up to date in terms of system configuration.
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or a Technical Diploma, and at least 3 years of experience as a Service Engineer. Experience in automation and control is a plus. Good knowledge of English and Spanish is required, as well as the ability to work in a team and problem-solving skills.
