We are seeking a highly skilled Service Project Manager to join our team at Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas. As a Service Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading service projects related to Battery Energy Storage Systems, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Service Project Execution: Execute service projects on Batteries Energy Storage Systems according to work instructions and in accordance with Hitachi Energy standard processes.
- Customer Service: Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance at site or from remote, identifying technical problems and analyzing them through remote or on-site activities.
- Technical Support: Utilize HE remote connection tools to collect data from the installed fleet and provide meaningful data analytics, working in close cooperation with the R&D and engineering team to identify digital solutions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the service engineering team to finalize spare parts list and time schedules for planned maintenance, acting as the resolution owner of the cases opened by the customers.
- Database Management: Keep the assigned fleet database always up to date in terms of system configuration, applying safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities.
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Electronical Engineering or Technical Diploma.
- Experience: Experience of at least 3 years as Service Engineer, with experience in automation and control being a plus.
- Language Skills: Good knowledge of English and Spanish.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work in a team and problem-solving skills.
