About Regiondo
Regiondo is a dynamic, fast-growing company that empowers tour and activity operators to digitize their business and sell more through our innovative software solution and partnerships with Checkfront and Rezdy.

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to establish and develop business relationships with our operators and key accounts on a social, structural, and qualitative level.

Key Responsibilities
Train, follow, and help operators in the technical implementation of our solution on CMS and sales channels.
Support customers as a reliable consultant, ensuring the quality and availability of the customer experience.
Derive improvement measures from customer complaints and actively participate in improving our software product.
Conduct contract renegotiation or up-selling with customers using a friendly attitude.

Requirements
Professional experience in account management or a similar position.
Strong affinity for technology (API, HTML/CSS) and digital marketing metrics and tools (Hubspot and Pendo).
Impressively purposeful manner and great commitment.
Proficiency in German and English; further languages considered a plus (Spanish, French, Croatian, Greek, Dutch).
