El Líder de Tienda es responsable de maximizar el rendimiento del establecimiento para superar objetivos y metas, con un enfoque sólido en la gestión y desarrollo del equipo.
Trabajando en el área de ventas, el Líder de Tienda es un líder dinámico e inspirador que posee una sólida experiencia en retail y habilidades para construir relaciones tanto con el equipo como con los clientes.
El Líder de Tienda se encarga de garantizar que el equipo demuestre una cultura de servicio excepcional y una experiencia del cliente sobresaliente, representando la marca como un Embajador de Gucci al promover sus valores.

Equipo

Fomentar un ambiente de trabajo positivo y profesional que promueva la confianza, la integridad y estándares de rendimiento superiores, liderando con el ejemplo. Trabajando en el área de ventas, el Líder de Tienda estará en contacto constante con el equipo y lo que sucede a diario. Proporcionar apoyo y retroalimentación continua a los asesores de clientes para asegurar su desarrollo, motivación y sentido de pertenencia. Realizar conversaciones regulares de rendimiento para discutir resultados y desarrollar planes de acción. Llevar a cabo coaching en el momento para asegurar una experiencia del cliente consistente. Participar en la atracción, reclutamiento e incorporación de un equipo de alto rendimiento. Colaborar con el Gerente de Tienda y Recursos Humanos en todos los temas de relaciones laborales para asegurar una resolución efectiva. Asegurarse de que todas las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa sean seguidos por todos los miembros del equipo.

Cliente

Liderar e inspirar al equipo en la ejecución de una experiencia del cliente superior, asegurando una mentalidad de hospitalidad dentro del equipo. Desarrollar una mentalidad de compromiso con el cliente, con el propósito de construir relaciones duraderas con la clientela. Liderar la ejecución de actividades de atención al cliente con el equipo de la tienda, desarrollando acciones para alcanzar los objetivos y KPIs. Demostrar liderazgo desempeñando un papel activo en el área de ventas.

Producto

Monitorear el rendimiento de las categorías asignadas y proponer proactivamente planes de acción para alcanzar los objetivos. Colaborar con el equipo de Merchandising proporcionando retroalimentación efectiva sobre productos, situación de stock y solicitudes específicas para la tienda con el fin de hacer crecer el negocio. Colaborar con el equipo de Visual Merchandising para maximizar el potencial de la categoría mientras se garantiza que la imagen de la tienda se mantenga de acuerdo con las directrices. Asegurarse de que el equipo desarrolle un conocimiento completo del producto a través de capacitación específica, mientras se asegura de que estén al tanto de las tendencias del mercado y la competencia.
