About the Role

**Job Title:** Director of Digital Transformation and Relationship Management

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Digital Transformation and Relationship Management to lead our digital transformation efforts and build strong relationships with our business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Strategy Definition and Digitalization Pipeline Arbitration:** Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy, aligning with our business goals and objectives.
  • **Execution/Transformation Management:** Oversee the execution of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and value realization.
  • **Account Management/Business Relationship:** Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and owners, identifying and delivering transformation initiatives that drive business growth.
  • **Value Realization/Success Management:** Ensure that digital transformation initiatives deliver tangible value and results, measuring and reporting on key performance indicators.
  • **People Management and Leadership Influence:** Lead and manage international teams, influencing and guiding them to achieve digital transformation goals.
  • **Strategic Capabilities and Transversal Services:** Develop and maintain strategic capabilities and transversal services, enabling business units to leverage technology and drive digital transformation.
Requirements
  • **Over 15 years of experience in corporate-wide Business Transformation:** Proven track record in digitalization and business transformation, with a strong understanding of global business operations.
  • **Strong industry and/or business acumen:** In-depth knowledge of industry trends, business processes, and technical points of view.
  • **Strategy consulting background, P&L; or Marketing/Commercial responsibilities:** Experience in strategy consulting, P&L management, or marketing/commercial roles, with a strong understanding of business operations.
  • **Significant work experience in highly decentralized organizations:** Proven ability to work in decentralized organizations, with a strong understanding of business unit operations.
  • **Strong experience in business case elaboration and value realization:** Ability to develop and implement business cases, ensuring successful value realization.
  • **Ability to anticipate risks and propose mitigation actions:** Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
