We are seeking an experienced Strategic Programme Director to lead the delivery of our digital transformation programmes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enabling and facilitating the delivery of strategic programmes that drive business growth and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex digital transformation programmes, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and execute change plans that drive business transformation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
- Collaborate with the Digital Leadership team to agree on programme scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to programme teams, ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes.
Requirements
- Director-level experience of leading the end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation programmes.
- 5+ years' experience within a technical/digital industry or role, including experience in building multi-region/global innovation initiatives.
- Experience in leading the development and execution of change plans for complex programmes.
- Experience working within the software development or Internet industries is highly desired.
- Extensive Agile delivery experience.
