Digital Channels Transformation Programme Director

Matchtech is seeking an experienced Implementation Programme Director to lead the transformation of digital channels for a major banking client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programme technology leadership and experience in implementing software in both local and international projects.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate programmes focused on transforming digital channels to meet client requirements and customer needs.
- Monitor project activities, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders and internal teams across different teams and domains.
- Create and maintain project documentation, assess project risks, and ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards.
- Work closely with the Software Director to foster collaboration and oversee the integration of cutting-edge technologies.
- Manage the program's tech budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Proven experience in programme technology leadership for the banking sector related to assisted channels.
- High level of English.
- Experience in software implementation at both local and international levels.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Previous experience working under agile methodology.
- Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics.
- Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
- An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.

- Permanent contract directly with the end client.
