About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team at Dojo 2022. As a key member of our compliance function, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business operations are in line with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our business stakeholders on regulatory matters, including PSD2, Regulatory Reporting, Consumer Protection, and Marketing and Advertising activity. You will also be responsible for coordinating with external regulatory bodies and ensuring that our compliance programs are effective and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Advice and Guidance
    • Provide expert advice and guidance to business stakeholders on regulatory matters, including PSD2, Regulatory Reporting, Consumer Protection, and Marketing and Advertising activity.
    • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure that our business operations are in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance Program Management
    • Coordinate with external regulatory bodies to ensure that our compliance programs are effective and up-to-date.
    • Develop and implement impact assessments to identify potential regulatory risks and opportunities.
  • Training and Education
    • Provide training and support to other team members on regulatory compliance matters.
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that our business stakeholders have the necessary knowledge and skills to comply with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Proven experience in a senior regulatory compliance role, with a strong background in regulatory compliance and a passion for staying up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Knowledge and Skills
    • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including PSD2, Regulatory Reporting, Consumer Protection, and Marketing and Advertising activity.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex regulatory issues in a clear and concise manner.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law, business, or finance.
