About the Role
We're looking for a Compliance Manager to join our team, who will play a key role in ensuring that our products and processes meet the regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of compliance risk and business risk. You'll be responsible for advising our business on compliance requirements and related controls, developing and implementing our compliance management system, and managing the training program.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising the business on compliance requirements and related controls
- Developing and implementing our compliance management system, particularly in relation to delivering compliant customer outcomes
- Managing the training program
- Reviewing marketing communications and analyzing complaints, including developing policies and procedures and carrying out outcomes
- Working closely with global Regulatory Compliance Managers to ensure that local risk management frameworks and processes are aligned with global ones and deliver the intended outcome
- Identifying regulatory issues proactively and recommending remedies to promote compliance
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders as required
- Creating, assessing, and implementing policies from scratch
Requirements
- The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis, policy creation, and implementation
- Expertise with payments, prepaid cards, or deposits
- A solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
- The skills to communicate positively with members of various internal teams and regulators
- Multi-tasking abilities with close attention to detail
- To demonstrate sound judgment
- Impeccable analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
- Knowledge and experience in regulatory requirements relating to payments
- A willingness and passion to develop knowledge and expertise in other areas (e.g. crypto, privacy)
Compensation
Lithuania: €3,400 - €5,700 gross monthly*Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
