The Dojo 2022 team is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our expanding European operations. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our business practices align with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Advisory Services: Provide expert guidance and support to our business stakeholders on regulatory obligations, ensuring compliance with PSD2, Regulatory Reporting, Consumer Protection, and Marketing and Advertising regulations.
- Regulatory Framework Development: Lead the development and implementation of compliance policies, programs, and procedures tailored to Spanish regulatory requirements.
- Training and Education: Design and deliver training programs to ensure our team members have the necessary knowledge and skills to navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Regulatory Change Management: Proactively monitor regulatory changes in Spain, conduct impact assessments, and communicate implications to the business.
- Proven Experience: A minimum of [X] years of experience in a senior regulatory compliance role, with a strong track record of implementing compliance programs.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Spanish regulatory requirements, including PSD2, Bank of Spain guidance, and EU regulations.
- Industry Expertise: Familiarity with the payments/e-money regime in Spain and other EU/EEA jurisdictions is an asset.
