Customer Service Skills:
Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach are key to success in this role. You will interact with customers via phone and email to understand their booking requirements and preferences. Provide accurate and timely information about available options, pricing, and terms.

Booking Process:
Process bookings efficiently using booking systems or software, ensuring accuracy in details such as dates, boat types, amenities, and any special requests. Handle boat reservations, including confirming bookings, issuing booking confirmations, and processing payments or deposits as required.

Sales Assistance:
Assist customers in choosing the most suitable options based on their needs and budget, upselling additional services or amenities where appropriate. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and services offered, including boat types, facilities, and promotional offers, to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.

Team Player:
As a key member of our team, you will provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests with care and efficiency. You will work in an international and friendly environment with a team that values flexibility and a positive attitude. The role requires working on shifts, but don't worry, more details will be provided on the prescreening call. Apart from the base salary, you will get a shift allowance and quarterly bonus. Benefits include 27 vacation days per year, a permanent contract, home office-like working option, ESOP plan, quarterly bonus, and more.
