Role Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Tourism Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at Boataround. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our business.

About the Role
As a Tourism Sales Professional, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, processing bookings, and providing excellent customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Interacting with customers via phone and email to understand their booking requirements and preferences.
• Providing accurate and timely information about available options, pricing, and terms.
• Processing bookings efficiently using booking systems or software, ensuring accuracy in details such as dates, boat types, amenities, and any special requests.
• Handling boat reservations, including confirming bookings, issuing booking confirmations, and processing payments or deposits as required.
• Assisting customers in choosing the most suitable options based on their needs and budget, upselling additional services or amenities where appropriate.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the products and services offered, including boat types, facilities, and promotional offers, to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the booking process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests with care and efficiency.

Requirements
This role requires a Solution and result-driven person with excellent communication and customer-oriented skills. You should be a Flexible, easygoing, and adaptable team player with a positive 'can-do attitude'. Additionally, you should be fluent in English, Dutch, and German. Benefits of this role include:
