We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Manager to join our team at Boataround. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong desire to work in a dynamic environment, and the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Provide accurate and timely information to customers via phone and email, ensuring a seamless booking experience.
  • Booking Management: Process bookings efficiently using our booking systems, ensuring accuracy in details such as dates, boat types, and amenities.
  • Reservation Handling: Confirm bookings, issue booking confirmations, and process payments or deposits as required.
  • Sales Assistance: Assist customers in choosing the most suitable options based on their needs and budget, upselling additional services or amenities where appropriate.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, including boat types, facilities, and promotional offers.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach.
  • Solution and result-driven person.
  • Flexible, easygoing, and adaptable team player with a positive 'can-do attitude'.
  • Fluent in English + Dutch or German.
