Klantvragen signaleren en escaleren en passende oplossingen treffen.
Bedrijfsprocessen in kaart brengen en verbeteren om het klanttraject en de klanttevredenheid te verbeteren.
Wat je nodig hebt:
Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal op moedertaalniveau en een C1 niveau in de Engelse taal.
Minimaal MBO4 diploma, achtergrond in IT/financiën/economie is een pré.
Vaardigheid in het gebruik van computers.
Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
Proactief en oplossingsgericht.
Geïnteresseerd in het werken in een ambitieus team.
