Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for real estate? We're seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to lead our sales department in a new development project. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and collaborating with marketing and other departments to create effective sales campaigns. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring sales staff to enhance their skills and conversion rates, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to create effective sales campaigns.
  • Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to close deals.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (fluency required).
  • Additional language skills in Russian/Ukrainian are a plus.
  • Possession of a personal vehicle.
  • Organised, initiative-taking, and results-oriented.
  • A team player with a positive attitude.
