Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our BMS sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities in the Iberian market.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and engage with potential customers through smart researching, outbound emails, and messages, as well as outbound calling to build a healthy pipeline of prospects.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase interest in Webfleet Solutions products.
- Work closely with marketing on outreach campaigns and events to promote our brand and products.
- Develop and implement prospecting strategies with channel managers to leverage channel partners' business strengths.
- Utilize LinkedIn and social selling to create awareness of the advantages of implementing a fleet management system.
- Share and create industry-relevant content socially to promote our brand and become an online BMS ambassador.
- Use Google alerts and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to self-generate prospects.
- Log all mandatory and optional data in Salesforce, our internal CRM.
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Able to initiate a professional business-to-business engagement over the phone.
- Autonomous, motivated, tenacious, and persuasive.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Enjoy opening accounts, forging opportunities, and building business relationships.
- Comfortable approaching customers over the phone and email.
- Able to effectively handle objections.

- Keenly developed competitive nature.
- 1 year of relevant experience where prospecting was a key activity.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
