About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our BMS sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities in the Iberian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and engage with potential customers through smart researching, outbound emails, and messages, as well as outbound calling to build a healthy pipeline of prospects.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase interest in Webfleet Solutions products.
  • Work closely with marketing on outreach campaigns and events to promote our brand and products.
  • Develop and implement prospecting strategies with channel managers to leverage channel partners' business strengths.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and social selling to create awareness of the advantages of implementing a fleet management system.
  • Share and create industry-relevant content socially to promote our brand and become an online BMS ambassador.
  • Use Google alerts and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to self-generate prospects.
  • Log all mandatory and optional data in Salesforce, our internal CRM.
  • Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Able to initiate a professional business-to-business engagement over the phone.
  • Autonomous, motivated, tenacious, and persuasive.
  • A team player with a positive attitude.
  • Enjoy opening accounts, forging opportunities, and building business relationships.
  • Comfortable approaching customers over the phone and email.
  • Able to effectively handle objections.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who push you to be better.
  • Desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
  • Keenly developed competitive nature.
  • 1 year of relevant experience where prospecting was a key activity.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
