We offer a competitive compensation package including an estimated salary range of €50,000 - €65,000 per year, depending on role, level, and location. Our pay ranges are determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a Payroll and HR Admin Specialist to join our European HR Services Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing administration and payroll tasks for Spain or UK and Ireland. Your primary duties will include:

  • Working with a payroll vendor to ensure an accurate and timely payroll process
  • Responding to incoming HR and Payroll related queries from employees and managers
  • Preparing and maintaining relevant HR documentation, such as contracts, payroll records, tutorials, and audits
  • Participating in local or global projects that require HR services expertise

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in handling Payroll and HR Admin tasks for Spain or UK and Ireland
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Strong sense of commitment and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Excel
