Your Mission
The Sales Engineer is part of the rapidly growing Aftership go-to-market organization. The primary goal of this role is to successfully increase the sales and adoption of Aftership's solutions by working alongside the Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to effectively demonstrate Aftership's offerings and answer technical questions for mid-market to enterprise-level corporate prospects. This Sales Engineer will work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure the prospective client understands their requirements are met with Aftership's products, is ready to begin onboarding, and has technical & project-based resources secured to start implementing.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and demos to showcase Aftership's solutions
• Provide technical support and answer questions for prospective clients
• Work closely with the Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through industry networking and research
