About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our growing team of HR Regional Partners in EMEA. As an HR Regional Partner, you will act as a consultant to people managers across 20 countries, providing high-judgment advice and guidance on people-related topics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance to people managers and business leaders on change management initiatives, performance improvement processes, and complex employee issues.
  • Facilitate development sessions to build manager effectiveness and capability.
  • Support leaders with career conversations and career growth plans.
  • Identify training opportunities to further develop functional and leadership skills.
  • Stay informed about legislative and Amazon-driven updates and utilize strong written skills to change policy documents.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Extensive HR generalist work experience and dealing with labor relations cases in Spain.
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish Employment Law and Spanish Employee Relations experience.
  • Experience in managing Works Councils in Spain.
  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills.
  • Strong HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing Workers Councils in Spain.
  • Experience in Labor Relations in Spain.
  • Proven track record of accomplishments in an international environment.
  • Project management and the ability to deliver results individually and in a team.

This role will provide support to people managers based in Spain and/or managers whose teams are based in Spain. Previous Works Council and labor relations experience is a bonus.

This role can be based in Spain (Madrid or Barcelona).
