About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR generalist to join our growing team of HR Regional Partners in Spain, based in Barcelona. As an HR Regional Partner, you will play a key role in enabling an exceptional customer and employee experience across our Corporate businesses in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on change management initiatives.
  • Support on Employee Relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Facilitate development sessions, focused on building manager effectiveness and capability.
  • Identify training opportunities to further develop functional and leadership skills.
  • Support Leaders with career conversations and career growth plans.
About the Team

The ESP HRP Corporate team is distributed between Madrid and Barcelona, but together we manage all Corporate employees based in Spain (around 6,000 employees). This position must be based in Barcelona to ensure the team is balanced in-between locations.

Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher, in Human Resources, Labor Relations or related field.
  • Extensive Human Resources generalist work experience and dealing with labor relations cases in Spain.
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish Employment Law and Spanish Employee Relations experience (mandatory).
  • Experience in managing Works Council in Spain.
  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills. Catalan would be a plus but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluent Catalan language skills would be preferable.
  • Experience managing Workers Councils in Spain.
  • Experience in Labor Relations in Spain.
  • Proven track record of accomplishments in an international environment, which is fast-paced and customer-driven.
