Job Title: HR Business Partner, Workforce Staffing

Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our Workforce Staffing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering scalable and sustainable associate hiring solutions that enable Amazon operations to operate with unconstrained capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to optimize labor plans and hiring outlook, ensuring cost and capacity goals are met.
  • Oversee Labor Order verification and alignment/adjustment, working with Business and Central Teams POCs to ensure process compliance at regional and site level.
  • Provide strategic hiring risk management insights, updating stakeholders on current labor supply versus demand, highlighting short, medium, and long-term risks to Day One Starts (D1S) Fill Rate, and offering mitigation and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an HR-related field.
  • Management experience in volume staffing, capacity planning, and hiring processes.
  • Fluent command of Spanish and English, in both written and verbal form.
  • Advanced knowledge of local labor law.
  • Ability to use analytical and experiential data for decision making.
  • Influencing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and understanding of internal and external metrics, drivers, and focus areas for the business and organization.
  • Comfortable using data and evidence to convey ideas and recommendations on complex topics that scale across regions.
  • Adaptable and flexible to respond to the changing needs of the business while maintaining velocity.
  • An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
  • Comfortable with high-volume workload.
