About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Site Lifecycle Partner to join our team at Amazon Spain Fulfillment, S.L.U. This role requires extensive travel to launch locations and can be based in various EU locations, with no relocation needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all site lifecycle stages, including site launches, retrofits, refurbishments, and relocations.
  • Ensure standards for people impacting spaces are met in all site lifecycle stages.
  • Challenge and escalate any variance to agreed standards for people impacting spaces.
  • Anticipate and escalate/resolve people impacting risks for site lifecycle stages and influence mitigation strategies.
  • Anticipate and escalate/resolve critical role hiring risks at launching, refurbishing, or retrofitting sites and ensure internal guidelines are adhered to.
  • Be accountable for the timely and accurate set-up of people systems, processes, and Day 1 Launch celebrations.
  • Coordinate/set-up PXT capabilities programs for field PXT teams in overseen sites.
  • Develop and implement communications plans for all site lifecycle stages in overseen sites.
  • Run cross-business lines and cross-country projects focused on improving Associate Experience at all site lifecycle stages.
  • Facilitate project communication to stakeholders and lead project status meetings.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships with Regional Operations leaders, site leadership teams, and other departments.
  • Set-up People Governance structures for all site lifecycle stages in overseen sites.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree.
  • Proven cross-functional and international project management experience, handling complex change initiatives.
  • Good understanding of relevant employment legislation that projects may impact.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English.
  • Ability to travel 50%+ of working time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Generalist PXT (HR) exposure in a fast-paced, operational environment.
  • Fluency in German.
