As a Global HR Partner, you will enhance the employee experience by leveraging your comprehensive understanding of HR initiatives, systems, and resources, providing reliable and transparent HR guidance to managers across the organization.

Your role will involve addressing intricate HR challenges alongside colleagues and refining new policies and initiatives, significantly impacting Amazon's operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute projects while advancing towards organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate and engage with essential stakeholders for data gathering and policy execution.
  • Address complex employee matters, including disputes, appeals, and intricate disciplinary situations.
  • Mentor and nurture HR professionals and stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Work in partnership with employee councils and unions to promote constructive employee relations.
  • Examine internal metrics to generate reports on critical indicators for site leadership.

A Day in the Life

As a Global HR Partner, you will participate in a diverse array of projects and collaborate with various stakeholders, all aimed at enhancing the workplace experience at Amazon.

Your daily activities may range from spearheading multiple projects to assisting senior leaders in crafting strategies and conducting regular talent assessments.

You will be encouraged to reassess our workplace culture and explore innovative methods to enhance it.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • A degree.
  • Relevant experience in an HR capacity within a dynamic, international, and customer-focused setting.
  • Experience utilizing data or qualitative insights to shape business decisions.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with a diverse array of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional context.
