We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert technical support to clients via email, phone, and chat.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with our software.
- Offer guidance and advice to clients on how to successfully use our software to set up their own accommodation websites and grow their vacation rental businesses.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure that all client interactions are handled in a professional and timely manner.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian.
- Easily connect with people and understand their issues.
- Passion for creating the best customer experience ever.
- Organized and able to handle multiple inquiries.
- Positive attitude and sense of responsibility.
- Familiar with cloud-based applications and internet expertise.
