About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a crucial role in helping our customers succeed with our Lodgify software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on using Lodgify to set up their own accommodation websites and grow their vacation rental businesses.
  • Respond promptly to customer support requests via email or phone, troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and best practices to provide informed support.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (additional languages a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to connect with customers.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Organizational skills to handle multiple inquiries and priorities.
  • Positive attitude and sense of responsibility.
