Customer Support Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, helping them to successfully use our Lodgify software to set up their own accommodation website and grow their vacation rental business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on using the Lodgify software
- Respond to customer support requests in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Report customer feedback and issues to relevant departments
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Easily connect with people and understand their issues
- Passion for creating the best customer experience
- Organized and able to handle multiple inquiries
- Positive attitude and sense of responsibility
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with cloud-based applications and internet expertise
