About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Brainlab. As a key member of our technical customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their technical needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install new Brainlab devices and software in hospitals, perform maintenance and inspection of systems/devices, and conduct electrical safety tests.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot issues independently and repair systems/devices to minimize downtime.
  • Customer Service: Provide high-level customer service, keep customers informed about open requests, and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and superiors, and work collaboratively as part of a team.
Requirements
  • Education: Engineering Degree or Grado Superior de Electromedicina Clínica.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of computer and network technologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Soft Skills: Highly motivated and customer-oriented personality, excellent organization and time management skills, ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Travel Requirements: Willing to travel extensively (80%).
