About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Corporate Data Intelligence team at SD Worx. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing first-line support for data and insight needs of our Sales and Business teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide data analysis and insights to support business decisions
  • Develop and maintain data solutions to improve corporate data management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data-driven solutions
  • Present and promote data insights to internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of data analytics and reporting tools
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI (approximately 5 years)
  • Knowledge of data analysis and statistical concepts
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Experience with Sales and/or Marketing
  • Experience with CX
  • Experience with Finance or HR
  • Experience in agile methodology
