About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our Smart Automation team at SD Worx. As a key member of our international team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for automation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation opportunities.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and make recommendations for process efficiency.
  3. Process Documentation: Gather and document As-is processes through process flow diagrams and data models.
  4. Automation Design: Analyze data collected, identify automation opportunities, and design To-be processes.
  5. Requirements Documentation: Document requirements to enable the design and implementation of the solution.
  6. Technical Requirements: Translate requirements into clear functional and technical requirements for the development team.
  7. Change Management: Plan and coordinate the smooth integration of changes to business processes.
  8. Business Process Documentation: Maintain business process documentations as a reference for preparing test cases and training documents.
  9. User Support: Support and train end-users in understanding and utilizing automation tools.
  10. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements post-implementation based on user feedback.
  11. Progress Updates: Present progress updates on initiatives to management and key stakeholders.
  12. Stakeholder Management: Act as the point of contact between stakeholders and Product Managers/Product Owners.
Requirements
  1. Education: Master's degree in IT/Software Engineering or equivalent through experience.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of UML and BPMN is a must. Strong communication skills in English are required, with other languages being a plus.
  4. Business Understanding: Solid business understanding and ability to deliver high-quality digital products.
  5. Agile Thinking: Agile thinking and working are essential.
  6. Travel: Ability to travel as and when required.
  7. Tools and Technologies: Experience working with Azure DevOps, understanding of RPA, and low-code tools would be a plus.
