About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at SD Worx. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Salesforce Suite.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  2. User Experience and Satisfaction: Ensure users understand and are satisfied with Salesforce configurations.
  3. Business Requirements Gathering: Gather workflow analysis, user stories, and acceptance criteria to inform business decisions.
  4. Business User Story Creation: Develop and refine business user stories to drive project success.
  5. Insight Sharing: Share business and technical insights with Product Owners to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Business Process Flows: Gather, create, and maintain current and future business process flows for internal use and SD Worx' business.
  7. Agile Methodology: Utilize Agile methodology to track projects and ensure timely delivery.
  8. Stakeholder Coordination: Regularly coordinate with stakeholders, including Support Squad, Product Owners, and business owners.
  9. User Acceptance Testing: Perform manual user acceptance testing to ensure products meet requirements and function as expected.
  10. Reporting and Dashboards: Create complex reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
  11. Defect Resolution: Provide technical support to resolve configuration defects and ensure minimal bugs in the Salesforce Suite.
  12. Release Readiness: Assess readiness to deploy each release and ensure a seamless user experience.
  13. Technology Staying Current: Stay informed about Salesforce technology stack developments, including future releases.
  14. Project Ownership: Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring targets are met and delivering high-quality results.
  15. Test Planning and Execution: Create test plans, documents, and evaluate testing results to ensure quality and accuracy.
  16. Usability and QA: Check the usability view of the product and ensure the best way to solve QA arising problems on projects.
Educational and Skill Requirements
  1. Degree holder in IT or IT-related fields or equivalent by experience.
  2. At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Effective communication and initiative-taking abilities.
