About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at Omega CRM, a leading provider of Customer Experience services. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their business goals through the effective use of Salesforce technology.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Software Development: Develop software solutions that meet the functional and technical requirements of our clients.
  2. Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance activities to ensure that software solutions meet the required standards.
  3. Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients and internal teams to resolve issues and improve software performance.
  4. Code Review: Review code for potential performance issues, reusability, and anomalies.
Mandatory Skills
  1. Experience: At least 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  2. Complex Solutions: Experience in developing complex solutions on Sales in Salesforce.
  3. Lightning Components: Experience in developing lightning components is desired.
  4. Development Technologies: Experience with development technologies such as APEX, Visualforce, migration tools, SOQL, and web services.
  5. DevOps/Agile: Understanding of both DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles and the importance of SDLC (Software Development Process) and coding methodology principles is a plus.
  6. Self-Management: Ability to work in a self-managing way and take accountability for all assigned applications.
  7. Communication: Excellent spoken and written English.
  8. International Environment: Experience working in an international and intercultural environment and availability to travel.
  9. Salesforce Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a must.
  10. Additional Certifications: Any other Salesforce certification is a plus.
